1. Booking Confirmation

All tour bookings must be confirmed with basic details such as Name, Contact Number, and ID Proof.

A small advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining amount can be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, vehicles, and permits.

2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made through UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, or Online Payment.

Once the booking is confirmed, we will share the complete tour details and payment schedule with you.

Prices may change due to fuel price increases, hotel rate changes, or government taxes, but we always try to keep the best price for our customers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair for both customers and service providers.

Cancellation charges:

• 30 days before tour – Full refund (excluding service charges)

• 15–30 days before tour – 50% cancellation charge

• 7–15 days before tour – 75% cancellation charge

• Less than 7 days before tour – No refund

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.

4. Itinerary Flexibility

Travel in the Northeast sometimes depends on weather and road conditions.

NEexplore NOW reserves the right to make necessary changes in the itinerary in case of: Landslides, Heavy rain or bad weather, Road blocks, or Government restrictions.

We always try to provide the best possible alternative arrangements for our guests.

5. Travel Documents

All travelers must carry valid ID proof during the trip.

For certain destinations like Arunachal Pradesh, travelers may require Inner Line Permit (ILP).

6. Hotel & Transport

Hotel check-in and check-out times depend on hotel policies.

Vehicles are provided as per the itinerary schedule.

Extra sightseeing or additional vehicle usage may require extra charges.

7. Traveler Responsibility

We request all travelers to respect local culture, nature, and fellow travelers during the trip.

Any damage to hotel property or vehicle caused by a traveler must be paid directly by the traveler.

8. Liability

NEexplore NOW acts as a travel organizer and is not responsible for situations beyond our control such as: Natural disasters, Road conditions or landslides, Flight or train delays, or Loss of personal belongings.

However, we will always try our best to assist our travelers in any situation.

9. Acceptance of Terms
